Small paint chips and localised paint damage
A chip in a painted panel, a scratched mirror cover or a scrape along a wheel arch can spoil an otherwise tidy car. Local paintwork repair is about assessing that damaged area and choosing an appropriate finish, rather than assuming every mark needs the whole vehicle resprayed.
Surface marks and scratches through the paint
The repair method depends on which paint layers are affected. A surface mark may be suitable for polishing; a scratch through the colour or primer usually needs a different approach. We also consider the panel shape, paint finish and any previous repair.
Painted mirrors, arches and panel edges
Send photographs of the complete affected part as well as the damage itself. Textured plastic, peeling paint, rust or a damaged component may be outside a straightforward cosmetic paint repair. Widespread stone chipping across a bonnet is assessed differently from one small local chip.
