How do I get a car repair quote?

Can you come to my home or workplace?
Yes, suitable cosmetic repairs are carried out at your home or workplace. We confirm coverage, safe working space and the appointment arrangements beforehand.
How long will I be without my car?
Most suitable cosmetic repairs take 2–4 hours. A typical SMART repair does not require a week-long workshop stay. Larger or more involved damage may take longer, and we confirm the time with your quote.
Can you remove hedge and tree-branch scratches?
Fine marks in the clear coat may be suitable for polishing. Scratches through the colour or primer can need preparation and repainting. Send a photo showing the full length, especially where a scratch crosses more than one panel.
Will a door scratch just polish out?
Sometimes, but not every scratch is superficial. The depth, position and paint condition matter. We assess the mark before recommending polishing or a local paint repair.
Do you repair bumper scuffs and paint transfer?
We assess painted bumper scuffs, corner scrapes and transferred paint. Please mention cracks, loose trim or damaged sensors; those are different from straightforward cosmetic marks.
What affects the cost?
The size and depth of the damage, number of affected panels, paint finish and repair method all affect the quote. We do not publish a one-price-fits-every-scratch promise.
Can I use a mobile repair before a lease return?
You can ask us to assess suitable cosmetic damage before returning a vehicle. We cannot guarantee the leasing company will waive charges or accept a repair; check its condition requirements first.
